In the cultural barn of Bad Sassendorf, the film "Moon, the Panda" is being presented, an adventure film by Gilles de Maistre from the year 2025. The story follows twelve-year-old Tian, who is sent to his grandmother in the remote mountains of Sichuan due to poor school grades. There, he develops a secret friendship with an abandoned panda baby, which he names Moon. Together, they experience a summer full of unforgettable adventures until Tian's parents come to visit, putting his secret life in the bamboo forest at risk. The film lasts 100 minutes and is suitable for viewers aged 6 and up. The cultural barn provides the ideal setting for this cinematic experience with its special atmosphere.
