The Supplements

Los Suplentes, consisting of Emiliano Faryna and Hugo Satorre, present an evening of tango at the highest level with impressive energy, joy of playing, and virtuosity. On this special evening, the duo is joined by Norwegian saxophonist Michael Villmow, who enriches the tango with his jazz elements, creating a unique musical experience. The trio aims to transfer the characteristic sound of the orchestras from the 1940s into a bandoneon and guitar duo format. Their repertoire includes original compositions as well as new tangos, works by Astor Piazzolla, and Argentine folklore. Emiliano Faryna and Hugo Satorre have a long professional career behind them and have been nominated for the Latin Grammy and the Carlos Gardel Award, among others. They continue to tour the world with their Argentine music, bringing tango to every corner of the globe.
