Christmas Farmers' Market at Buch Monastery

The last farmers' market of the year sets the scene for visitors in a festive atmosphere, preparing them for the upcoming holidays. Around 90 direct marketers and vendors present fresh products from their own cultivation, breeding, and production, as well as artisanal and handcrafted items – perfect for discovering special treats or gifts for the Advent season. For a moment of reflection, Pastor Lutz Behrisch invites everyone to a midday prayer in the Gutskapelle at 12:00 PM. Following that, a guided tour of the monastery complex at 1:00 PM offers the opportunity to learn more about the historical site and its stories; the meeting point is in front of the Abthaus. The farmers' market combines regional products, traditional crafts, and a festive atmosphere, making it a popular kickoff to the Advent season for the whole family.
