Beginner Course The gentle exercises of Tai Chi Chuan from the Far East offer a path to greater fitness and serenity for everyone, regardless of age. The exercises invite you to experience the blissful state of complete immersion in the flow of movements. Tai Chi is for those who seek a gentle workout as a balance to everyday life and want to enjoy the soothing moment for themselves. The conscious execution of slow and gentle movements is strengthening and centering. The muscles and tendons are gently stretched and moved. In this workshop, figures of the Tai Chi Chuan style will be guided. All movements are performed standing, slowly, and fluidly. No prior knowledge is required. It is advisable to wear comfortable and, depending on the weather, warm clothing. The course takes place outdoors and only if it is not raining. For more information: Workshops & Courses
