Jazz in E. No. 31 – A Festival of Contemporary Music in Eberswalde

Nowhere in Brandenburg is jazz likely played more frequently than in Eberswalde. Every year around Ascension Day, the scene there celebrates the four-day festival "Jazz in E. – A Festival of Contemporary Music," as festival director Udo Muszynski calls this traditional musical event. Since its first edition in 1995, "Jazz in E." has developed into a festival that has gained recognition far beyond the borders of the region. It reflects the diversity and vitality of contemporary jazz music. Following the anniversary edition in 2025 for the festival's 30th birthday, the 31st edition will take place at a new location in the RAW Cultural Hall at Eisenbahnstraße 31.
