"The Little Häwelmann," a poetic tale by Theodor Storm, is brought to the stage in a loving production by the Westphalian State Theatre. The story tells of a boy who lies in his little bed but cannot sleep. Full of energy, he begins to roll through the children's room in his bed and dreams of venturing out into the world and the night sky. With the help of the moon, he embarks on a fantastic journey through the open window, where he meets wondrous beings, discovers mysterious places, and experiences an adventure full of magic and fantasy. This production takes the audience on a magical night ride and promises a theatrical experience filled with poetry, excitement, and fairy-tale enchantment.
