René Steinberg & Doc Esser: Laughter and the Best Medicine

René Steinberg, a cabaret artist and trained literary scholar, and Dr. Heinz-Wilhelm Esser, known as Doc Esser, a physician and rock musician, jointly present the program "Laughter and the Best Medicine." In this unique performance, they combine their areas of expertise to explore central questions of well-being: What promotes human welfare? How can one achieve a healthy and happy life without giving in to the inner couch potato? How can the mind and body harmonize optimally? Through the combination of medicine and humor, health aspects and societal considerations, biology and poetry, as well as classic literature and current studies, Steinberg and Esser offer a multifaceted experience.
