FAMILY. FRIENDS. FUN. - Active together at Effelder-Waldsee

After the successful launch last year, the city of Wassenberg invites you to the second Family and Friends Triathlon at Effelder Waldsee on August 30, 2025. The focus is on fun and movement together, regardless of individual fitness levels. The event includes 50 meters of swimming, followed by 400 meters of running along the lake, and finally 3,500 meters of cycling around the forest lake. Teams of three can participate, with each person taking on one discipline. There are two categories: family teams with at least one child aged 6 to 14 years, and friend teams consisting of three children in the same age range. There will be no timing; the emphasis is on the shared experience. All participating teams will enter a raffle with attractive prizes.
