Concert: Creedence Revival Band Bratislava

A band for eternity is Creedence Clearwater Revival, commonly known as CCR. There are hardly any formations that have written so many worldwide hits in such a short time with so few albums (a total of seven). John and Tom Fogerty's American band existed for only six years, from 1967 to 1972, after which the musicians went their separate ways. It may also be little known that CCR played at the legendary Woodstock Festival, but no Woodstock recording captured that performance. In 2010, four Slovak musicians came together in Bratislava and have since been successfully performing as the Creedence Revival Band, playing the "Swamprock" hits of the originals. Their repertoire includes nearly 30 songs, including worldwide hits like "Proud Mary," "Who'll Stop the Rain," "Bad Moon Rising," "Hey Tonight," and "Up Around the Bend." After 15 years of live performances in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the guys are now looking forward to shows in Germany, for the second time with us at Q24.
