Phoenix Excursion - Combination tour to the highlights of the lake region by minibus and boat trip with the MS Santa Barbara.

Like a "phoenix from the ashes," the landscape in the Lusatian Lake District is transforming. From a former open-pit mining area to Europe's largest man-made water landscape. The tour begins with a guided "splash tour" in a minibus through the Lusatian Lake District. At various locations, you will experience the stages of flooding the former open-pit mines and visit 5 lakes with very different characters. After the tour, you will board the "MS Santa Barbara" and enjoy a boat trip on Senftenberger See.

Schedule:
12:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Welcome by the tour guide from iba-aktiv-tours at the large beach parking lot in Großkoschen and splash tour in the minibus with expert explanations into the Lusatian Lake District.
3:00 PM - 4:20 PM: Farewell from the tour guide at the boat dock and boat trip with the MS Santa Barbara on Senftenberger See (snack option on board).
