Concert with Sarah Kaiser

Sarah Kaiser sings Paul Gerhardt songs blending soul, gospel, R&B, jazz, and pop. As the daughter of a theologian and a singer, her path seemed predetermined, but she claims she did not grow up in a religious environment. The first record offer was ultimately: Paul Gerhardt and nothing else. And so it came to pass: "Guest on Earth" is the title of her first CD. Since then, she has been actively involved in church music – whether as a solo singer or in an ensemble, as a coach or as a vocal teacher. The native Berliner performs in close collaboration with pianist and arranger Samuel Jersak, presenting her own songs and groovy, soulful arrangements of well-known classics – from Paul Gerhardt to Stevie Wonder.
