ANOUK – The Children's Musical

ANOUK is the new children's musical for the whole family, based on the beloved books by Hendrikje Balsmeyer and Peter Maffay. The story follows little Anouk, who suddenly loves going to bed in the evenings – because every night a magical door opens for her into imaginative worlds. There, she experiences adventures with pirates, faces challenges in the jungle, meets colorful fairground characters, and helps other children. Although her parents consider her tales to be dreams, Anouk has "evidence" – and her grandmother knows more than she admits. The musical combines imaginative settings, modern stage technology, and creative costumes. Ten new children's songs by Peter Maffay & friends form the musical heart of the production. The staging remains true to the books and conveys values such as friendship, courage, and tolerance.
