The state spa Bad Salzuflen presents the program "Active in Winter" at the Gesundwerk from November to March. This offer is aimed at individuals who want to stay active regularly, as well as those who are spontaneous and want to try out new forms of exercise. A central component is the "Activating Gymnastics." Here, the entire body is variedly moved, stretched, and strengthened from head to toe, both with and without small equipment. These exercises naturally engage the fascia and promote a sense of well-being that lasts throughout the day. The meeting point for the gymnastics is the gymnasium on the second floor of the Gesundwerk Bad Salzuflen. Please note that the "Active in Winter" program does not take place on public holidays and from December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026.
