The shooting festival in Schloß Neuhaus is a traditional folk and local festival that is held annually by the Bürger-Schützen-Verein Schloß Neuhaus 1913 e.V. – St. Henricus Brotherhood. It includes a variety of program points such as the shooting competition of the young marksmen, the grand festive march with numerous music bands, and festive parades through the historic town. A special highlight is the grand tattoo in the courtyard of the Marstall, dedicated to the reigning royal couple. The celebrations offer a blend of tradition and sociability and are an integral part of the cultural life in the region.
