Concert: Amor & The Kids

Between 1985 and 1989, Amor & Die Kids evolved from a hidden gem to a staple of East German rock. Their songs resonated with the young generation of that time, as Amor & Die Kids neither took themselves nor the situation in the country too seriously, but instead faced the peculiar circumstances of everyday life in the East with sarcasm and irony. 37 years later, all the songs from their only Amiga album "No More Bockwurst" (released in 1988) are being performed live again by the original lineup. Of course, essential tracks include "Komm doch mit," "Ich mache sowieso nur was ich will," "Wunderkind," and "Ich bin blank." Additionally, there are some songs that were only heard as radio productions or at live concerts in the relevant venues between the Erzgebirge and Usedom. Amor leads the program with his usual whimsical and relaxed style, and the band rocks harder than ever... In other words, "The Bockwurst returns!"
