Little Kai is kidnapped by the Snow Queen to an icy land, and his heart freezes. His friend Gerda sets out to find him – but who knows this story? A Sami, high from the North, tells it to us, for she knows the Snow Queen all too well. A fairy tale full of adventure and magic, full of light and shadow, of wicked and good robbers, about the power of friendship and love.
