Clara Leinemann presents her highly acclaimed debut novel "Yellow Monsters" – an intense text about a relationship that initially seems perfect but gradually begins to falter. The novel explores traditional ideals of love, female violence, and emotional dependency, while also telling the story of an anti-heroine who is so complex and lovable that you won't want to let her go until the last page. It is a moving and insightful literary examination of intimacy, self-determination, and the invisible dynamics of modern relationships. The event is part of the 35th Brandenburg Women's Weeks 2026 and is organized in cooperation with the Office for Equality and Diversity of the state capital Potsdam.
