17th Singing Days 2026 - Lower Oder Valley National Park

From January 30 to February 1, 2026, the traditional singing swan days will take place again in the Lower Oder Valley National Park. The entire weekend will feature a colorful program for young and old at the visitor center in Criewen. For the festive opening on Friday, January 30, we invite you to the Criewen Church. The Criewen choir, along with its soloist Ms. Budnik, will present a beautiful program. National Park Director Dirk Treichel will officially open the singing swan days and will lead a knowledgeable lecture followed by a hike into the national park, where you can listen to the singing swans during their evening conversations. As in previous years, there will be lectures about the impressive birds from the north every two hours on Saturday and Sunday, followed by a free hike or shuttle into the national park to observe the singing swans up close. The visitor center in Criewen is open to everyone. Both in the courtyard and in the Criewen granary, local vendors will offer their products: delicious baked goods, grilled items, cakes, mulled wine, coffee, ice cream sundaes, and much more.
