According to the motto "small but fine," the Johann Strauss Choir Leipzig e.V. was founded in January 2009. A homogeneous sound, musical stylistic confidence, and a mix of charm and wit are the distinctive trademarks of our ensemble. With scenic inserts, we manage to transport the audience to another world in a very special way. The diverse and wide-ranging repertoire includes operetta, musical, opera, and evergreens from the 1950s and 60s. The focus of our concert activities is on performances throughout Central Germany featuring orchestral music, as well as various costumes and props.
