RangerTour: Beetle Treasures of Dubrow

Where do stag beetles live and what is special about their development? The ranger from the nature conservation authority will guide you on this multi-hour excursion through the Dubrow, an ancient historical oak forest. Here, you can find towering trees that provide habitat for specific beetles. These beetles, in turn, are part of the vast web of life in the forest and are interconnected with other animals and plants. Along the way, these fascinating relationships will be explored, and you will likely discover one or two stag beetles in the once royal hunting grounds. The exact meeting point will be announced upon registration. Experience: Stag beetles and oak forest, approximately 6 km hike. Note: Binoculars and sturdy shoes recommended.
