• Foundational knowledge about cocktails: You will get to know the most important cocktail categories, understand the basic ingredients, and discover the techniques behind a perfect mix. From the right glass choice to the significance of the right ice – we will go through all the basics together.

• The craft of mixing: Shake, stir, strain – there are many techniques you will learn. We will show you the professional methods to masterfully prepare cocktails. Of course, you will also stand behind the bar and mix your first cocktails yourself.

• Tricks & tips: With the right techniques, you can turn a simple drink into a true masterpiece. We will share secret tips from the bartenders of our four bars in Bad Saarow and show you how to impress your guests with amazing cocktails at home.

• No-gos in mixing: There are some mistakes you should definitely avoid – we will show you what they are and how to steer clear of them from the start. The goal: perfect cocktails without mishaps!
