With piano and Quinton, a 5-string violin, Søren Gundermann and Ursula Suchanek explore the world of film and television music and experiment with the musical retelling of scenes from films like "James Bond," "Once Upon a Time in the West," "Pippi Longstocking," and "Rosemary's Baby." A chamber music conversation about favorite melodies from Ennio Morricone to Franz Schubert, balancing respectful homage, humorous reinterpretation, and free collage.
