Ecstatic Dance Potsdam

Dancing without substances, phones, and talking. With lots of bass, beats, and heart(h)z! Ecstatic Dance Potsdam has been at home in T-Werk since 2019 and invites you to a shared dance journey. The approximately two-hour DJ set is structured in musical waves and is framed by a warm-up and a meditative relaxation at the end. Important to know: This is a dance workshop without alcohol and other drugs, without smartphones, cameras, shoes, and talking. No prior experience is needed to participate. It’s best to wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a blanket for the relaxation phases. You can refill your own sealable water bottle at any time. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available for purchase at T-Werk. Please arrive on time, as we will start the workshop together to create a true group experience. And please stay home if you feel sick or have cold symptoms.
