How deep can a person fall? And what are the reasons for it? Is it possible to free oneself from the clutches of drugs and alcohol through one's own strength? The author reads from his autobiographical book "The Glow of the Abyss." It tells of the loss of once cherished dreams, of failed relationships with others, and ultimately of capitulation to the demon of alcohol. The book paints a harrowing picture of a downfall and attempts to explore the forces that ultimately led to the path of salvation.
