A guided experience with dynamic osteopathy, aimed at activating the mind, stabilizing the body, and boosting the immune system. Start the new year boldly and take the plunge into cold water (ice bathing or alternatively, Kneipp water treading). Our coach Aline Aedtner will accompany you during your experience and support you with tips and tricks. Our three-hour workshop also includes a welcome package, dynamic osteopathy, suitable drinks, and a hearty breakfast followed by a discussion round.
