A landscape in transformation! Embark on a unique journey through time and get to know the active open-pit mining up close. With the combination of the lake serpent boat ride and the tour in an all-terrain personnel transport vehicle directly into the active Welzow-Süd open-pit mine, you will learn about the developments from the former mining district to a water paradise. A rustic snack rounds off the experience and strengthens you for the return journey. Minimum age 10 years; sturdy footwear is required; the tour is subject to mining technical and weather-related conditions (force majeure).
