Long Nature Watch Night: Night owls welcome!

Long Nature Watch Night. The event is organized in cooperation with the municipality of Groß Schauen and nature conservation experts from Mausohr e.V. Starting at 6 PM, bat summer roosts can be built at the half-timbered church in Groß Schauen. Following that, there will be a film screening in the church featuring exciting footage of bats. The film will be presented by NABU Dahmeland. As it gets dark outside, interested participants can experience real bats during a net catch starting at 9 PM. The Mausohr experts will attempt to catch individual animals with a fine net, identify them, and gather their personal data. Drinks and grilled sausages will be provided. The Ranger Tour is free of charge. Please bring some change for drinks and the grill, as well as a donation for the film presenter. This tour is part of the "Ranger and Experience Tours" program.
