Spring Tree and Herb Assortment

The young leaves of many forest and fruit trees are a healthy and delicious addition to our diet in spring. They often taste fruity and are usually very mild, as they have not yet stored any tannins. The finely hairy beech leaves are refreshingly sour, and the light green shoots of spruce or Douglas fir offer a unique taste experience with their resinous aroma. During our extensive herb walk among the spring-fresh trees, shrubs, and herbs, we will collect various leaves, flowers, and herbs and process them into an extraordinary, delicious herb buffet using refined recipes. There will also be plenty of information about the "green wild ones" and their health-promoting effects. Minimum number of participants: 5 people. Registration required!
