How quickly it can happen on a hike or during other outdoor activities: you catch your foot on a root or stumble – and suddenly you’ve twisted your ankle. Or the hiking shoes that have faithfully accompanied you for years suddenly start rubbing at the heel – a blister threatens and the enjoyment of hiking is diminished. For these and many other situations, nature offers us valuable immediate helpers from the plant kingdom in the forest and meadow. In this course, we will get to know various plants for the outdoor pharmacy and learn to identify them safely. Minimum number of participants: 6 people. Registration required!
