Meditation Seminar at Chorin Monastery (4 hours) with Nikolai von Fintel In a special atmosphere, this meditation seminar invites you to leave behind the noise of everyday life and encounter the sound of silence. Through guided mindfulness and breathing exercises, silent sitting meditation, as well as brief insights from MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), a space for inner peace and clarity opens up. Whether new to meditation or experienced, everyone is welcome to consciously experience this healing place and draw new strength.
