RangerTour: Spring Awakening in Gartzer Schrey

In search of the floral splendor of spring flowers, we stroll through the slope and swamp forest of the Gartzer Schreys. In addition to the yellow anemone, the liverworts particularly catch the eye, adorning the forest floor here like violet cushions. Before heading into the woods, we enjoy the wide view along the Oder slopes and marvel at the first spring flowers at the edges of the paths. On the way back to Gartz, we encounter the traces of beavers along the Oder and, with a bit of luck, also spot a flying diamond (kingfisher). To recharge, various snack options are available in Gartz after the hike.
