Many have dreamed of a perfect and citizen-friendly administration. For people with disabilities and special needs, visits to government offices present a particular challenge. The music theater combo glanz&krawall and the inclusive theater Thikwa embark on a furious musical ride through the world of German bureaucracy. The result is an administrative fantasy that oscillates between dream, nightmare, and coffee break, humorously and entertainingly poking fun at the clichés, hurdles, and advantages of the bureaucratic apparatus. Stamps are swung, team meetings are choreographed collectively, and the stapler step is danced. Unrest threatens not only from new colleagues who disrupt the established order but also from right-libertarian politicians who demand less state, lower costs, and more efficiency. Will the bags from the administration bring salvation? A grand inclusive ensemble, captivating songs, and choreographies make the administration dance.
