Festival of Lights at the Old Market

Lanterns, music, and encounters for young and old: The Potsdam Museum and other partners invite you to the Lantern Meeting at the Old Market – with music & a fire bowl – and a special program:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM FREE ENTRY to the exhibitions:
“Theo von Brockhusen. Colors in Light”
“Potsdam. A City Makes History”
“Lights On! History of Potsdam's Street Lighting”

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM FREE LANTERN CRAFTING (materials provided)
2:00 PM Family tour “Lights On!” with tower ascent (ages 6 and up, free)
2:00 PM Tour “Out into the Fresh Air!” (€6, free for under 18)
2:30 PM Tower tour “(Almost) at Eye Level with the Atlas” (€6, free for under 18)

4:30 PM | Old Market LANTERN MEETING with fire bowl
The Potsdam Brass Choir will perform for singing on the steps of St. Nicholas Church Potsdam

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Culinary delights from Café Central: Sausages, punch & mulled wine
