Field excursion: Neighbor Wolf

Wolf Excursion in the Nature Park: Track Identification & Species Conservation Up Close The wolf (Canis lupus) has been at home in Lusatia for 25 years. As part of the hike "Neighbor Wolf," participants will embark on an exciting search for tracks in the Niederlausitzer Landrücken Nature Park, accompanied by a wolf representative from the state of Brandenburg. This wolf event invites participants to take a deep look behind the scenes of nature and to decipher the lifestyle and behavior of Canis lupus. Focus on Track Identification: The main focus is on learning about track identification and engaging with species conservation and the ecological challenges of coexistence. Expert Knowledge: The expert's presentation shares in-depth knowledge and ensures a methodically clear understanding of the complex interconnections. The event is primarily dedicated to getting to know and understanding the wolf. Target Audience: Adults and interested youths aged 12 and older. Participation Fee: €10 Registration: Required. Meeting Point: Will be announced after successful registration. Sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are absolutely necessary.
