What does an "A" have to say and how does a "U" move? What happens when they meet? Will they create a – painful – "AU"? Or will they startle their surroundings with a "UA!"? A woman collects magical signs and examines her "voice" in lively episodes. Still unbound by the books of the world, free and spontaneous, they are astonishingly eloquent without saying many words. Playfully, we get to know these little characters who rejoice and get annoyed, team up or reject each other, grow beyond themselves together, and in the process, create meaning – or even nonsense. The ABC: Those who know it will be amazed, and those for whom it is new will find it unforgettable. But all will be inspired to embark on their own explorations of these magical signs that make words visible.
