A journey through the world of Argentine Tango… with the smallest tango orchestra in the world! The Berlin duo Danzarin, Ulrike Dinter on violin and Ludger Ferreiro on piano, takes the audience on a special journey: from the birthplace of tango in the notorious port bars of Buenos Aires, through nightclubs and cafés, elegant salons and ballrooms of the "Golden 40s," to the famous concert halls of today's cultural metropolises. With passion and virtuosity, and a keen sense for the authentic sound of the Argentine Orquesta Tipica, along with knowledgeable moderation, the two musicians manage to captivate their audience. Duo Danzarin presents tangos by famous tango composers, such as Francisco Canaro and Anibal Troilo, arranged with great finesse for violin and piano, as well as more modern works by Astor Piazzolla and Ramiro Gallo. Both artists have completed classical training and have dedicated many years to their passion for Argentine tango.
