Handicraft and Craft Fair in Guben

For the first time, the Handicrafts and Arts & Crafts Fair will take place on February 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Old Dye Works and in the exhibition space at Friedrich-Wilke-Platz. It serves as an additional offering to the existing product fair, which focuses on regional products. The aim is to integrate creativity, craftsmanship, and collaborative design more into everyday life. In addition to a diverse exhibition of regional crafts and arts & crafts, there will be numerous opportunities to get hands-on, such as: making dream catchers for young and old, jewelry design: stone necklaces made from small stones, wood, and metal elements, and trying out and learning how to tie ties. Various processing options for wool, fabric, wood, and other materials will be presented. This creates a wide range of offerings for everyone interested in handicrafts, artisan crafts, or creative design—regardless of whether they are gathering their first experiences or already have a hobby.
