For many years, the Association of Friends and Supporters of the Cottbus State Theatre has invited guests to the THEATERTREFF in the theatre barn (Ströbitzer Hauptstraße 39) on a Monday each month. Sometimes it features artists or staff from the State Theatre, and other times personalities from Cottbus or Brandenburg take the stage to share their work, life stories, experiences, and dreams. Admission is free. Program on January 26, 2026: The Young State Theatre presents itself. Moderation: Anja Schröter. The THEATERTREFF is an event organized by the Association of Friends and Supporters of the Cottbus State Theatre e.V.
