This workshop focuses on the versatile combination of honey and herbs. You will create four tried-and-true home remedies yourself:
- Chamomile Oxymel: soothes the stomach and nerves
- Honey-Onion Syrup: helps relieve cough and loosen mucus
- Herb-Honey Wine: aids in digestion and alleviates bloating
- Honey Wound Healing Ointment: has antibacterial properties and calms irritated skin
You will gain valuable knowledge about the various applications, learn about traditional recipes, and take home your own little "honey pharmacy."
