Kombucha, the tea mushroom drink, is a true elixir of health and an ancient remedy with a fascinating history. Learn all about the healthy components of Kombucha, such as enzymes, vitamins, and organic acids, that make this drink so special. I will explain how you can easily make Kombucha at home. Together, we will brew your first Kombucha. You will learn how to handle the "Scoby" – the tea mushroom that is the heart of Kombucha production. You will receive your homemade Kombucha starter as well as your own Scoby to take home, so you can continue making it and enjoy your drink for a hundred years. Workshop leader: Dipl.
