Animals Up Close – Museum Experiences for People with and without Dementia

Whether field hamster, wolf, sea eagle, or brown bear: Together with the group, the diversity of Brandenburg's wildlife is explored. Individual animal species are presented in more detail, and by showing and allowing participants to touch specimens, furs, or feathers, the tour becomes a hands-on experience for people with dementia and their companions. This is followed by a lively discussion round with coffee and cake, where the experiences from earlier are revisited.
