His style is unmistakable: Lexatoons' trademark features wobbly, long-headed, and big-nosed characters with an imagined shoe size of 58, frolicking in brightly colored images. Black humor is the cartoonist's preferred state of mind. Artistically to the point, Lexatoons, which is Axel Hörnig, nudges us towards the absurdities around us and provides the best means to arm ourselves against them: He makes us laugh heartily. His book was published by Eulenspiegel Verlag in 2025. Tickets are available at the Beeskow city library.
