At our Naturgut, various stakeholders work hand in hand with our fishermen and chefs. This unique collaboration, which is one of a kind in Berlin and Brandenburg, has been available for enjoyment in our Köllnitzer restaurant since March 2023. Join us as our carefully selected multi-course menu from the Köllnitzer Hofküche is served, and take the unique opportunity to personally meet the Naturgut stakeholders. The dishes feature ingredients from our own traditional fishing, sustainable animal husbandry, and organic vegetable cultivation, complemented by regional products.
