Sander, Lake and Char - A Fishing Evening at the Nature Estate Köllnitz

During our fishing evening with Sander, you will experience a unique night right by the water and on the lake in the middle of the nature reserve, centered around the theme of "fishing." We start with a small outing on the fishing boat, where you will learn in a small group about our work in traditional fishing and the fishing methods we use to promote sustainability and biodiversity. Afterwards, in a small smokehouse right by the water, we will smoke trout while enjoying a refreshing drink, and Sander will share exciting tips and tricks about smoking fish. You will then have the opportunity to fillet the smoked trout after the appetizer, which is lovingly prepared and served by our chef Stefan Ziegenhagen, and enjoy it with fresh bread and horseradish. We also offer wine and beer from the region that pairs well with the fish, as well as water and soft drinks. After a sweet dessert, you can ask questions during a concluding Q&A session and learn even more fascinating facts about the work at the nature reserve.
