The Externsteine - Myth and Natural Monument

Immerse yourself in the practice of forest bathing, known as "Shinrin Yoku," and experience the healing atmosphere of the Buddenberg Arboretum in Bad Driburg. This method, which originated in Japan, has been shown to boost the immune system, support mental health, and enhance overall well-being. During a roughly three-hour walk, the senses are sharpened: seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and feeling take center stage.
