Thematic Tour Special: Forst Zinna

This themed tour takes you across the historic grounds of Forst Zinna. Here, surrounded by the idyllic forest landscape and in close proximity to the picturesque Zinna Monastery, over 30 buildings stand today that have been used as a troop camp since 1934. Let us delve into the history that makes this place so unique. A particularly defining period was the time of the Artillery School Jüterbog, which was based here. Today, Jüterbog has developed into one of the most significant conversion sites in Germany. Join us on an exciting journey through history, change, and the challenges of current usage! This special themed tour is led by Markus Hennen. He worked on the first EU projects for conversion in the Jüterbog area in 1993/94. Since 1998, he has been volunteering for the Forum for Conversion and Urban Development in the state of Brandenburg (FOKUS). As part of the KONVER working group (ARGE KONVER), he has been organizing and coordinating the annual event series of the Conversion Summer in Brandenburg since then ([www.fokus-net.de](http://www.fokus-net.de/)).
