During the winter holidays, children aged nine and older can experience the fascinating world of historical printing! The trained printer Horst Frohmüller will guide visitors through the traditional letterpress workshop of the museum. Here, one can learn how to work with metal type and historical printing machines such as the Boston platen press – a technique that was once invented by Johann Gutenberg. Duration: approximately 120 minutes.
