Sunday Tours in the Schorfheide - On the Memorial Stone Path around Hubertusstock

Around Hubertusstock "The Memorial Stone Path" Stories of well-known figures, from King Friedrich Wilhelm IV. and Emperor Wilhelm to Franz Josef Strauß and Erich Honecker, are entwined with this famous hunting lodge. The memorial stones along the path commemorate lesser-known gamekeepers and caretakers of the Schorfheide. With foresight, they once created "forest images" that still enchant us today. Thomas Röhlinger, a certified nature and landscape guide, will lead the tour through the Schorfheide. Don’t forget to bring provisions and sturdy footwear. In case of continuous rain or severe weather warnings, a short-term cancellation of the tour is possible. The hike is at your own risk. Duration: approx. 4 hours (9 km), max. 15 people. Meeting point: 10 AM at the forest parking lot - entrance to the Ringhotel Schorfheide. Registration through the Tourist Information Groß Schönebeck is required by Saturday at 12 PM before the hike, either by phone or email.
