Content: – Recognizing connections and using them to find one’s inner balance – Conscious interaction with the elements – Circus techniques related to the elements and the connection of colors and stones to the elements – Physical training with a creative and artistic engagement with an object, a partner, or one’s own body More about the workshops: Acrobatics: In the acrobatics workshop, we focus on body control and agility. Juggling: In the juggling workshop, we focus on the art of movement. Participants will learn, among other things, ball juggling and cloth juggling (depending on age), the basics of juggling, and special skills with the diabolo and/or devil stick. Dramaturgy: This workshop is a special action of the circus project for all those interested behind the scenes and between scenes. Together with the participants, we will share interesting tips and tricks regarding “between the scenes.” We explain how to approach the script through discussions with the director and the producers of the respective piece, develop suggestions for transitions, create plans, develop moderation and performance scenes, and accompany and train the implementation.
