Special tour "A Journey to the Former Youth Hostel of Rochsburg Castle"

Founded in 1924 as a small accommodation facility, the rooms were officially opened as a youth hostel in 1932. From then on, the youth hostel existed almost continuously until it had to close again in 1998. During these 66 years, various renovations, expansions, and modernizations took place. Many children and young people from all over the country experienced an incomparable time here on the mountain spur high above the Mulde, which they still fondly remember as adults today. The castle would like to share the stories from that time with interested young and old guests. Michael Kreskowsky invites you to an entertaining tour of the castle and the small exhibition "Memories of the Youth Hostel Heinrich Heine at Rochsburg Castle."
